Family tree!

A recent craze on doing a family tree. So here it is. I have done a family tree on a canvas board using the brush lettering techniques.

My first Kerala Mural Painting!

My very first try on Kerala Mural. I was initially scared to try it on a canvas board being a beginner. So, I took a pretty simple picture and did it on a drawing book using acrylic paints. Kerala Mural is generally done using vegetable dyes.

Brush Lettering!

I had gone for a workshop on Brush Lettering on 23rd Dec'2017 by Vidya Kumaresan. Thanks to her for the amazing knowledge and techniques on brush lettering.
Brush Lettering is a font style similar to calligraphy. It lets you design and play with alphabets and words. Makes your work look really creative and wonderful!

First try on African Painting

As I've always been fascinated about trying out various forms of art and painting. I was enthusiastic on trying this one too. Did not master it exactly but yes somewhat managed to.

Mandala Painting!

I had a saree box, not knowing of what to do with it. I thought, I would transform it into a tray. So painted it black and finished it up with the mandala work. My first try on Mandala!

50th post.. A post really close to my heart!!

I had attended two workshops at Maven Academy, Chennai, where both my paintings are going to be displayed in this year's exhibition. My very first exhibition, so really excited about it!
